A highly accomplished and dynamic educator who is known for her creativity, collaboration, respectfulness, open-mindedness, and honesty. Natacha has demonstrated excellence in project management, innovation, organization, involvement, and fairness throughout her career. An educator who brings a wealth of experience and passion to her work. For 15 years, she was a dedicated classroom language arts teacher before transitioning to her current role with Brilliant Labs Atlantic. In this role, she has worked tirelessly to inspire and engage teachers and students across all four Atlantic provinces, developing skill sets that aim to make the world a better place both locally and globally.
Natacha’s journey as a teacher, speaker, mother, maker, and entrepreneur has honed her leadership skills across various projects. Her passion for pedagogy drives her to collaborate with teachers and stakeholders, leading projects that prepare students to help build a sustainable and diverse region that celebrates excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
Thanks to her vision and experience of best practice in educational management, Natacha is convinced that innovation goes far beyond technology. It encompasses the ethical use of materials, ensuring equitable access for all and promoting good mental health, while respecting the diversity of the region and its people. She is committed to achieving strategic objectives while developing excellent working relationships.
Natacha has made significant contributions to the educational community and beyond. Her projects have been published on the Brilliant Labs website, the Créons la suite and the Canadian Space Agency websites, highlighting her innovative approach to education. She has also been a keynote speaker at many prestigious events, including ACELF in Winnipeg, Clair2023 and LUDOVIALES Europe. Her speaking portfolio also includes various events organized by AEFNB and the Congrès de l’entrepreneuriat conscient au Québec.
In addition to her speaking engagements, Natacha is a past president of APTICA, a former member of the Dieppe Memramcook Minor Hockey Board of Directors, and has been vice-president of the DSF-S Education Council for the past two years.
Outside of her professional activities, Natacha has completed a marathon and is a devoted mother of two. She holds a degree in education, underscoring her strong academic foundation and dedication to lifelong learning. Her natural ability to develop
interpersonal relationships has greatly contributed to her success in building professional networks.
She hopes to continue to inspire and make a significant impact wherever she goes. Her passion for life, combined with her vast experience and innovative spirit, make her an invaluable asset to any establishment.
