Marco LeBlanc will be the Liberal candidate for Restigouche-Chaleur

The New Brunswick Liberal Party is pleased to announce Marco LeBlanc has been officially nominated as the Liberal candidate for the riding of Restigouche-Chaleur.
“I am excited that Marco will be joining our team to run as the Liberal Candidate in the Restigouche-Chaleur by-election” says Susan Holt, Leader of the New Brunswick Liberal Party. “Marco brings an impressive career of service to the people of Restigouche-Chaleur, as well as a fresh energy and ideas for the future of our province. He will be a strong advocate for the people and the communities of Restigouche-Chaleur.”
Marco LeBlanc is a seasoned political employee and native of Petit-Rocher. With his extensive knowledge of provincial and federal programs, regional priority projects, and how the political system works, Marco is confident that he has the necessary skills and experience to effectively represent the interests of the region.
“I am proud to be putting my name on the ballot for the New Brunswick Liberal Party and working with a team that is listening to New Brunswickers and understands their needs”, said Marco LeBlanc. “The people of this riding have had strong representation, and I look forward to continuing that service to our constituents. The nominating convention was held at the Salle Multfunctionnelle Denis-Richard in Petit Rocher on Sunday, March 26 . Marco LeBlanc was the successful candidate in a competitive contested nomination against candidate Gérald Arseneault. 787 of 1110 people voted and turnout was 71% in the contested Restigouche-Chaleur Liberal nominating convention.
