DAVE GOUTHRO — Is a Salisbury resident who works as the General Manager of a distribution center and regional supply chain covering Atlantic Canada. Always present and active in the facility, Dave has built a strong and diverse team of talented individuals.

 

Dave is a foster parent turned adoptive parent who currently serves as Vice President to Urban Rural Rides a near province wide volunteer driver program, Chairperson to the Salisbury Regional School Parent Teacher Association (PSSC), Director for the Volunteer Center of Southeastern New Brunswick, Director for the New Brunswick CNIB and Director for the Lions Club of Salisbury.

 

Dave consistently delivers a strong focus towards safety and staff development while standing out as a passionate leader in corporate social responsibility and community service. In 2022, Dave served as chairperson to the National Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, where he was able to increase community involvement and charitable giving across the country. For 2022 and 2023, Dave was named to the Top 40 Business Leaders Under 40 by the Moncton Chamber of Commerce relating to his Moncton based operations and for his involvement with numerous charities and not for profits in the region; in 2023 Dave was name to the Top 20 Business Leaders under 40 by the Moncton Chamber of Commerce.

 

Dave and his team over several years have contributed to multiple charities giving a strong focus to at risk youth & transportation. Beginning a steel toe boot recycling program for youth entering the work force and raising over 5000 Christmas gifts for the children in the care of Youth Impact in the Greater Moncton Area. Dave continually seeks to grow a platform of improving safety, inclusivity/diversity and community service within his industry and community.
