Notice of Upcoming Nomination Meeting – Shippagan-Lamèque-Miscou

Please be advised of the upcoming nomination convention to select a candidate for the New Brunswick Liberal Association for the next Provincial election. Due to the on-going public health concerns regarding COVID-19, candidate speeches will be streamed online 2 days before the voting and registration process of the nomination. Voting will be done in person at three locations across the riding. Once a member has voted they will leave the venue immediately. All members are asked to wear a mask when going to a venue to vote. The results of the vote will be announced online via email and on the NB Liberal Party’s website after the ballots have counted.

Registration and Voting
Registration and voting will take place Sunday, August 23, from 12 pm – 4 pm.
Members will leave the venue immediately after voting. The results will be announced online. 
1) Shippagan – Centre des Congrès Shippagan, 106-A rue de l’Aquarium, Shippagan, NB
2) Inkerman – Centre Communautaire d’Inkerman Inc, 122 rue de l’Église, Inkerman, NB
3) Haut-Lamèque – 5120 Route 113, Haut-Lamèque, NB

Important:
– The deadline to sign up as a new member, and be eligible to vote is Friday, August 21, 2020, at 5 pm.
