Robert has worked in the New Brunswick cultural community for over 25 years, as an author, director and actor. He has won several awards both at the provincial and national level, including a “Masque” award for the best production outside Quebec in 2003. He is still involved in teaching playwriting, which he has done for 6 years in South East NB, including 3 years at the Grande-Digue school.

He is currently the Opposition critic for Social Development, Rural Affairs, and Seniors and Long-Term Care.
