JANUARY 23rd, 2021 – save the date!

Please note: all registered delegates must have a unique email address to vote in the online election, no duplicates are allowed. If this is not possible, please call the office at 1-800-442-4902 or 506-453-3950  for other voting options.

With our interim Leader in place, we would like to kick off the new year with a virtual Biennial meeting to bring Liberals together to jump start the future of our party.  To do this safely during this time, we will be using Zoom Video Webinar to work through an efficient agenda focused on the election of a new Executive.

How do I register?  — REGISTRATION NOW CLOSED —

Complete the registration form  by 5 pm on December 28th .  Be sure your email is correct! To be a delegate, you must be a provincial Liberal party member in good standing.  All registered delegates are eligible to vote in the Executive election.*

*In the event that a provincial riding association exceeds their delegate total, they will hold a delegate selection meeting. This circumstance may result in some delegates unable to take part. 

How will the election take place? 

Simply Voting, a third-party Canadian company, will conduct the election on our behalf. They provide easy and secure online voting for our delegates with private results. All delegates must be registered by the deadline of 5pm on December 28th, 2020. Once the election period begins, delegates will be able to vote for the listed candidates using the unique passcode and ballot emailed directly to their inbox.

Voting began at 8am January 11th, 2021 and ended at 12pm January 22nd, 2021.

Is there a fee for this Biennial?

No!

But please consider making your year-end donation by December 31st, 2020 to take advantage of the generous provincial tax credit available to all eligible donors.  Any amount will help us prepare for the next quarter and provide the newly elected Executive the resources needed to put their plans into motion.  The biennial registration form will guide you through the donation process.

When will we learn the results of the Executive election?
