A re-elected Liberal government will make second-language training available free of charge to all interested adult New Brunswickers.

The new program builds on one that was launched in January 2017, for unemployed New Brunswickers. In September 2016, the Gallant government announced an investment of $1-million to offer second-language training to unemployed New Brunswickers through community colleges or publicly funded universities. That program would now be expanded and made available to all adults interested in learning one of New Brunswick’s official languages.
