FREDERICTON – The New Brunswick Liberal Association (NBLA) held a nomination convention Wednesday night for the next provincial election on September 24, 2018. Cindy Miles was nominated as the Liberal candidate for Fredericton West-Hanwell in an uncontested meeting.
Premier Brian Gallant, who is also Leader of the New Brunswick Liberal Party, welcomed Miles to the Liberal team. “Cindy Miles will make a great addition to our team with her background in policy and practical experience in volunteering and working with youth. Her passion reflects our priorities of education and families. Cindy will provide a strong voice for the Fredericton and Hanwell area” said Gallant.
Cindy Miles has a political science degree from St. Thomas University and she has been championing youth and other vulnerable populations in our community for more than 25 years.
